Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management (IITRAM) has been established by the Government of Gujarat as an Autonomous University and has been mandated to bring about significant change in Engineering Education with respect to Technical and Managerial knowledge in the area of Infrastructure development. The objective of the Institute is to serve as the Center of Excellence in Research and Teaching in all areas pertaining to Infrastructure development, and the Institute has a vision of acquiring a status of National eminence in Infrastructure and related areas.

The Centre of Advanced Defence Technology (CADT) was established at IITRAM with the mandate to facilitate and promote studies, research, technology incubation, product innovation, and extension work in the Defence sector. CADT aims to enhance the availability of skilled human resources in the domain of Defence Technologies while supporting Defence industries and organizations in teaching, learning, and research on advanced Defence Technologies.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

The Center of Excellence in Aerospace and Defence was established at IITRAM by the Govt. of Gujarat with a mandate to develop facilities and equipment, offer courses/electives/PG programs, and support technology incubation and product development in the domain of aerospace and defence technologies. The center promotes research in the domains of control, propulsion, aerodynamics, and structures for aerospace systems.
